How to Enroll at Virstone

Step 1: Start Your Application
Start by completing our online application. After submission, a Virstone Admissions Advisor will connect with you for a discovery call to learn more about your learner’s background, strengths, and goals. We’ll guide you through the rest of the admissions process and answer any questions to ensure a smooth and confident start.
Step 2: Complete the Admissions Process
After you submit your application, we’ll guide your family through the next steps—including a short diagnostic assessment to understand your learner’s academic level and a family fit interview to ensure Virstone aligns with your values and goals. We’ll also walk you through tuition options and enrollment details. Once accepted, your learner’s place at Virstone will be secured, and we’ll begin preparing for their first day.
Step 3: Begin the Virstone Learning Experience
Once enrollment is complete, our academic team assigns your learner’s teachers, enrolls them into courses, and introduces your family to your dedicated Virstone Learning Coach. You’ll receive guidance on getting started, including how to navigate the platform and access ongoing support. With everything in place, your learner can confidently begin their journey at Virstone.
