At Virstone Prep, your unique interests, aspirations, and growth matter—both in and out of the classroom. The more we know about you, the more we can support your journey. With rolling enrollment, you can apply at any time. To ensure the best change of securing a spot in our community, we recommend submitting your completed application as soon as possible. 

To get started, create a Parent Portal account where you can access the application and track your progress. Once your application is submitted, we will guide you through the next steps of the process.

Register for a Parent Portal Account

As part of the admissions process, you will be asked to submit various pieces of documentation, including:

• Most recent school report card (for applicable grade levels)
• Official transcript & behavior record (for middle & high school students)
• Three (3) letters of recommendation from a current ELA teacher, math teacher, and administrator
• IEP or 504 plan documentation (if applicable)

Standardized diagnostic testing helps us understand your child's academic strengths and readiness, providing valuable insights to ensure we can tailor your child's learning experience at Virstone Prep. While the results of this test are not part of the admissions decision, they play an important role in helping us understand your child's unique needs.

Once you have submitted your application, our Admissions team will guide you through the testing process, ensuring everything goes smoothly and answering any questions you may have along the way.

This interview is an opportunity for you to share what matters most to your family as you begin your Virstone Prep journey. We look forward to learning more about your goals and discussing how we can best support you. This is also a great time to ask any questions you may have about the process.

After reviewing all components of your application, we will notify you of your acceptance status. If you are accepted, we will provide you with all the details to help you seamlessly transition into the Virstone Prep community and start your journey with us.
